Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Check In time: 3:00 PM or later
Check out time: 10:00 AM or earlier

We appreciate all our guests and strive to be fair to everyone, while maintaining a solid business policy to ensure the future of Cedar Wood Resort. As a reservation is taken, we make a commitment to the guest by removing the rental from the market for sale. All reservations will require a deposit, secured and paid for with a valid credit card number and from the point of secured deposit, the guest will then be responsible for all dates reserved. The deposit requested needs to be received by the given date due or the reservation will be forfeited and put back on the market for sale. In the case of a cancellation, a $50 service fee will be charged and the remaining deposit as well as the responsibility for the remaining amount due for the full reservation, will only be refunded/released if the full reservation is resold. If a reservation becomes a "no-show", the full amount due will be charged to the credit card given to secure the reservation or turned over to a collection agency in which the guest will be responsible for any and all legal fees.

We are a small resort and do not have the luxury of overbooking our rentals to allow for cancellations. The more time given to us to aide in reselling the reservation, the better the chance of releasing you of your initial commitment. We will do our best to resell any cancelled reservation. Your understanding and cooperation regarding these matters is greatly appreciated.
